Description: Evaluators perform visits at stores acting as normal customers but following a given scenario and memorizing details of their experience to complete a report about it. A great way to help businesses around you improve their customer service.
Location: Denmark
We are recruiting honest, reliable and detail-oriented Evaluators.
What do you have to do?
1. Apply on our website by completing your profile. You will then be offered Service Checks close to your home. We’ll contact you by phone or e-mail.
2. Get prepared for the offered Service Checks by reading corresponding briefing documents.
3. Perform the visit at the store, mall or company you are assigned. Observe and memorize details required for your report.
4. Complete your report online.
Conditions offered;
Length of a mission / Service Check: 40-50 minutes
Payment: Each Service Check is paid differently. You will be informed about offered conditions prior to reserving the Service Check. In some cases, you will get refund for the product bought during your mission, a great way to enjoy a free meal or free item!
Status: Independent Contractor.
Requirements:
Over 18 years old
Internet access + Scanner or camera to provide pictures when needed.
Ability to remain anonymous; you can’t reveal that you are an Evaluator
Reliable, as assignments must be completed within 24 hours
Accurate writing and grammar skills.
Detail-oriented, professional and objective
