At Cobiro we're using machine learning and AI to build the next generation of online advertising experiences. We're on a mission to make online marketing accessible, trivial and high-performing for everyone, and we're starting with Google Adwords.
Who are you?
You probably have a background as a software developer and experience with technical project management. In this job you will collaborate with different departments within IT, therefore it is important that you have a structured and analytical approach.
It is also important that you are a team player with a strong drive, getting your energy from achieving results in close collaboration with colleagues. You dare to challenge the existing in a solution oriented way and always with a focus on how to create value for the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Test design and test-driven development
- Lead and coordinate project activities with technical specialists
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across the development team
- Be in charge of project planning, stakeholder management, forecasting
- Ensure product lives up to quality requirements
- Be technically responsible for the final product
- Motivate team to reach milestones and keep deadlines as well as ensuring collaboration and handling conflicts in a constructive manner
- Assist Product Management in technical aspects of executing the projects throughout their entire life cycle
- Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies
About you
- 3+ years experience with technical project management
- You have a background as developer and worked with PHP or TypeScript
- Experience developing or supporting applications from end-to-end.
- Experience working with systems that require localization at global scale
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and intense desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize
